Last week, for the first time, I binged all 8 season of Dexter. What can I say, I became obsessed, and my first tought after the first season was...they don't make them like this anymore. It was such a good, gritty, sometimes funny show. The characters were well developed, and honestly they were all likeable, and it's not the case for me with all the new shows. I can admit that seasons 1-4 were amazing, 5-8 were a bit more chaotic, and sometimes the plot didn't make sense, but still I had so much fun watching. While watching I multiple times thought, ohhhh, this shot would look so cool as an icon...so I just had to make a set, and then some. The crop based round at monthlyinspo was perfect for it!

Red is such a hard color, especially as a background. I love red icons, but making them was a pain. I was so happy to see monthlyinspo back that I had to make a few icons.

I went a bit crazy, and here are the results - a set for the latest round @ monthlyinspo.

The best things from 2019 for me were The Mandalorian, and The Witcher - refresing new shows, that I really enjoyed. The Crown with a new cast was amazing - emotional, and so beautiful visually. Shazam was an amazing twist with a superhero. And of course Avengers Endgame. It was truly an end of an era.

As for the things that I really look forward to in 2020: Black Widow, and Wonder Woman 1984 - badass ladies saving the world. I also can't wait for Venom 2 - Carnage is one of the most psycho villains in comics, and I can't wait to see him portrayed by Woody Harrelson. Also to fight him Venom and Spidey had to work together, so I'm really curious what the producers will come up with. Free guy - because I need more Ryan Reynolds in my life, making crazy jokes, and being a little crude (yes, I just want another Deadpool movie). And lastly Avenue 5 - the cast and the idea just made me laugh, and I'm really looking forward to checking out this series soon.
