The latest rouund at somein30 was so fun, and I really wanted to enter, though the inspiration left the chat at the moment. But here it is, a small collection of musiacally inspired icons - I went with Hard Mode.

Beautiful set. I really like the extremes of Zoom, from zoom out to extreme close crops. Loved the soft vintagey coloring and lighting of the first 3 Classic icons. Also, really liked the text on 5 , tiny yet very clear , great choice of fonts . The lighting of 8 and 10 are lovely as well.

Your choices of textures, color or contrast goes really well with the music genre. My faves are: 1, 3, 6, 7, 8 and 12.

Wow, another absolutely gorgeous set! I freaking adore the muted colors in 1-6. The first two are especially gorgeous - love the lighting, cropping and coloring in both. The texture use in 4 works really well with the great crop & lovely soft b&w coloring.
The grunginess in 6 is just perfect, and I loooove the lighting & texture use in 8! 9 is also all kinds of fun with the big bold text and great color combo.

Fantastic work again (I wouldn't have any idea about the lack of inspiration if you hadn't mentioned it, wow I wish my uninspired icons were like this), thanks so much for entering ♥

Ha, the lack od inspiration was strong with this one, after I made all Classical inspired ones, I was like...hm maybe I could do more different ones, so they were the struggle :) But overall I'm glad with this, and I'm happy you like them :)

Love these! The classical's one are my favourites, they are perfect! But I also really like the composition on 5 and 9, the crop on 6 and the coloring on 8! Great set ;)

As always, love your lighting, contrast and colourings! 1 is very elegant with the far crop, 6 is delightfully gritty, 8 has great lighting and warm colours and 9's composition is a lot of fun! Also love the close crops in 4, 5 and 12. :)

I love the composition on muted and vibrant colors! Stunning idea<3 I really love muted color on 1; beautiful lighting and crop. I still haven't started Pam & Tommy. Hopefully soon. Anyway, back to your gorgeous icons! I love the gritty texture on 6. it looks so good with the crop and shadows. I also really like the soft muted looks of the Classical icons :D

I know it's a controversial story, but honestly it's so good. Sebastian and Lily are amazing in their roles. When they announced the show I tought that it'll be more of a crazy story about a sex tape, but it's really emotion packed, and heartbreaking at times. I honestly really recommend.

Every single icon in this set is just so great!

The colouring across all of them is spectacular and I love the move from muted to dark to vibrant. Really well executed! I also really love the beautifully subtle lighting in. 2 and 6. The text work on 5 is incredible as is the composition on 7 and 10. 8 is perfection in so many different ways — lighting, colouring, texture use, negative space — you name it!
