I really enjoyed making icons for this challenge - finding what you like about your characters in term of their strenghts. So this is my entry for Rond 14 @ somein30.

Wow, what a gorgeous set! I never know where to start commenting to you cause everything's just so perfectly refined ;__;

Fine, I'll try not to list them all, but as a general note I LOVE the colorings in this post! (I'm currently trying very hard to go for a slightly similar coloring style, as in, vibrant but not a neon mess - we'll see how that turns out :p). And the negative space with super welll thought out textures, lighting, or lack thereof is just A+ as usual!

So, a couple of top favorites - 4 is flawless, the minimalism just directs all the attention to the immaculate detailed coloring, just wow. 3 is pastelly perfection with beautiful subtle lighting. Loving the negative space and slightly more muted & matte pastels in 6, and the fun use of textures in 7 seems to fit the cap super nicely!

The bottom row is just full on perfection, the three close crops especially, 11 is my top favorite from the set cause I just love a well made close crop with perfect contrast/crop/sharpness, but 12 is super lovely too with the warm tones and negative space! LOVE the texture use/composition in 15 as well.

Also wow you found so many diffetent strengths too, I love reading what everyone comes up with! Thanks so much for entering!!
